Once you've chosen your vendors and venue, we handle outreach, availability checks, and coordination on your behalf. We manage communication and logistics, then provide contracts for you to review and sign when you're ready, keeping the booking process simple and stress-free.

We schedule all essential appointments, including tastings, hair and makeup trials, venue walkthroughs, and décor or rental consultations, all organized within your planning timeline.

We provide vendor recommendations for up to four categories and help you compare proposals so you can make informed decisions. As planning progresses, we support communication with your vendors as needed and reach out to all vendors 1 month before the wedding to confirm arrival times, logistics, and important details.
