During this service, we will cover:

We’ll meet (virtually or in person) to review your full plan - timeline, vendor list, floor plan, ceremony flow, and any special instructions, so we can confidently take over.
Vendor Coordination
We’ll confirm arrival times, responsibilities, and timeline details with all vendors and serve as their main point of contact on the wedding day.

We manage and cue all major moments - processional, transitions, introductions, dinner timing, speeches, and special events, to keep your celebration flowing smoothly.
On-Site Wedding Day Support
We oversee setup based on your plan, direct guests as needed, manage communication between vendors, handle unexpected issues, and support your day from ceremony through send-off.
